Return Policy

If you want to return any product you can do so, within a period of 30 days, from the date of dispatch. Our ‘No Questions asked return’ policy means you can return the product for any reason whatsoever, even if you just didn’t like it. However, please ensure that the article is not rendered unsellable. The conditions below would explain what events render an article unsellable and hence non-returnable. Besides these, you can return articles within the warranty period mentioned on the article, for any manufacturing defects. Once received by us, you can either ask for a cash refund, or a refund voucher.


Footwear: Article should not be dirty/scratched or have any fold marks


Apparels: Tags should not be removed. If an unstitched article was bought, it should not be stitched. If some beads etc were stitched to the article, the same should be intact.


Bags: If any beads or components were attached to the bag, the same should be intact. There should be no scratches.


Sunglasses: Must be returned with original packing and cleaning cloth. There should be no scratches on the frame or glass. If crystals were embedded in the frame, the same should be intact


Watches: Must be returned with original packing. There should be no scratches on the frame or glass. If crystals were embedded in the frame, the same should be intact


Perfumes: The packet seal must be intact. Perfumes cannot be used and returned.


Mobiles and Cameras: The packet seal must be intact. Once unsealed, the product cannot be returned unless for any manufacturing defect.


Jewellery: If the polish is worn out of any component/crystal is missing, the product cannot be returned


How does it work?


To return a product you need to follow these steps:


  1. Put the product in its original packaging
  2. Mention your order number on a paper, or insert the original invoice
  3. Seal the package properly
  4. Send it

To send the product, you can :

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the produc(s). You would be called and our executive would ask you if you want a refund voucher or you want the amount back.


If you want a voucher, the same would be sent to you within 24 hours and you can use it to purchase another product on www.shopgenx.com. If you want the amount back, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.


This policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.
